Come and enjoy the wide variety of things made from apples at this annual celebration.  There is music including folk, gospel, blues, country, rock, bluegrass and more as well as displays from local, regional and national artists.  The music begins daily during the festival at 10 am.

This festival brings together nearly 15,000 visitors to enjoy the wide variety of food and activities.  There are over 200 vendors that come to the community to share their wares with everyone there.

Come to see the classic car show and antique tractor show that takes place during the festival.

The community sits at the foot of Grand Mesa, the largest flat-top mountain the world.  The area is filled with unspoiled spruce forests, quaking aspen glens and lush mountain meadows with a blanket of wildflowers showing off the beauty of the area.  There are more than 250 lakes in this area offering outstanding fishing and beautiful hiking opportunities.

Cadaredge is also a great place for skiing, snowmobiling and Nordic skiing during the winter so regardless of the time of year you are planning to take your Colorado vacation you will find something most enjoyable in this area of the state.

The Applefest is always held the first weekend in October so maybe you will want to visit the area during that time while enjoying the colors offered by mother nature as fall moves into the mountains.
